Rehab

A plan built around your apparatus, not around a generic shoulder.

Rehab here targets five things, and which ones you get depends entirely on what the assessment found.

Strength
Enough force, in the positions the sport actually asks for.
Mobility
Range you can control, which is not the same as range you can reach.
Control
The part everyone skips, and the reason the same injury comes back.
Load tolerance
How much, how often, and how quickly it can climb.
Grip and upper-limb conditioning
First to go, first to fail, and the thing that ends most sessions early.

How it runs

Most people are seen a handful of times rather than weekly for months. We retest, we progress what is working, and we change what is not.

How many sessions: anything from a one-off drop in to a few weeks, depending on what you are working towards.
