What this website is
Information about a physiotherapy practice. Nothing on it is a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or advice about your particular situation. It does not replace an assessment, and no page here claims an outcome, a cure or a guarantee.
Appointments and payment
Appointments are paid at the time of booking. Prices are published in full on the pricing page: £50 for an initial assessment and £35 for a follow-up. Private medical insurance is not accepted.
Cancellation
Chantel has drafted a cancellation policy and it has not reached this page yet. It is held open rather than softened, because published prices only build trust if the terms are published with them, and £50 with no cancellation terms beside it is the half of the promise that costs trust.
Professional standards
Practice is regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council, registration number PH125977, and follows Chartered Society of Physiotherapy standards, membership number 111963. Professional indemnity insurance is held with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. Complaints procedure, outstanding.
