For studios and coaches

Your students ask you questions you are not qualified to answer.

I run clinic days inside aerial and pole studios, and I work alongside coaches rather than over them.

A clinic day is not just a room booking. Anyone can book one, member or not, so it brings people through your door who are not yours yet. You get a reason to talk to them, and I tell you how many of them had never been in before.

Before you send anyone

What you are checking

All three are verifiable, and you should verify them. That is the point of printing them.

Registered

HCPC registration number PH125977, and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy member 111963. Check them yourself, the numbers are right there.

Insured

Professional indemnity insurance held with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. Certificate available on request before any clinic runs in your space.

Nine years NHS

Assessment, treatment and rehabilitation. Not a personal trainer with an interest in shoulders.

I work alongside you, not over you

I will not rewrite your class or tell your student that your coaching is the problem. I assess, I give them something they can actually do, and I tell you what they can and cannot do in class, with their consent.

If a student needs to modify, you will hear it from me in plain language, with a date it gets reviewed.

What hosting a clinic day involves

Space and time
Half a day, one room, a door that closes. I do not need the rig, though it helps if I can see someone on it.
What the studio gets
Agreed with you, per studio, before anything is booked. I would rather talk about what works for your space than publish one rate that suits neither of us. Ask and you will get a straight answer in the first conversation.
What I bring
Everything else. Couch, kit, notes, insurance, booking system.
Insurance and paperwork
My indemnity covers my practice in your space. I will send the certificate and my HCPC registration before the first day, without being asked.

Talk about hosting a clinic

No pitch. Tell me where you are and what your students keep coming to you with, and I will tell you honestly whether a clinic day would be worth your space.
